My family invited me to see a movie that is showing in cinemas in Hanoi, which is said to be very good, both humorous, action fighting martial arts, and social affairs.
So a few days ago I went to see that movie at a film theater in Hanoi. In the theater, there were about half a theater full of people, with only a few front rows of seats empty, because sitting too close to the screen hurt the eyes, so people avoided it.
After watching half of the movie, I wanted to leave and not watch anymore, but because I was afraid of creeping out to disturb the people next to me, so I tried to sit and watch it all to the end.
The content of the film is about 6 friends who work in a production village of tatami, bed mattress, in the Mekong Delta, buying a lottery ticket that won the jackpot of 336 billion VND, and greedy things happen between them.
But in the end of this movie, there is a happy ending, the prize received of 336 billion VND is divided equally among everyone, to prove the theme of the film, Friendship is beautiful.
But when I came out of the cinema theater, my heart was heavy with anxiety, because the content of the film actually did not serve that beautiful theme, but on the contrary, it destroyed friendship, colleagues, destroy the village relationship.
The film is full of deceitful, sleazy, cruel, brutal, dirty, filthy, corrupt scenes among that group of 6 friends.
Because one of 6 friends forced a other friend to drink 7 glasses of alcohol, so that, that friend got drunk, and when he was driving his motorbike to take his wife to the hospital for prenatal care, he had a traffic accident and died.
Another friend took advantage of the died friend who had just died, because this traffic accident, then came to seduce died friend’s wife to both cheated to get the lottery ticket that won the jackpot, and raped the pregnant wife, the raping occurred right in front of the altar with her died husband’s picture.
Another friend-a second rapist- used force to rape the same pregnant girl, the beautiful girl who was his friend’s wife that died in a traffic accident a few days ago. In the end, the second rapist is stabbed to death by the first rapist.
As for the bad friend who commits a terrible crime forcing his friend to drink, and then dies in a traffic accident, he always calculates to reduce his friends’s share in the lottery prize, to increase his share, and in the end, he plans to use the shovel to beat the other two friends to death so that he doesn’t have to share.
Fortunately, the two friends knew the plot, so they avoided it, and the guy was hit by a car, seriously injured, and was bandaged so he can not speak.
And the scammer, the first rapist, after not being able to negotiate with another friend about covering up his murder, strangled this friend, while friend were driving, and all got into a traffic accident, was hospitalized, broke his neck, but did not die.
There is one person who is probably considered to be relatively good, specializes in cockfighting, loses money in chicken fighting games, also robs lottery tickets and runs away on motorbikes, then gets hit by a car, traffic accident, and gets hit by sharp objects stabbed in the stomach, had to be hospitalized.
In the movie, only the main character is the owner of the CHIEU mattres production facility, and the raped pregnant girl are good person.s
And the unfortunate friend who was forced to get drunk and died in a traffic accident is probably a good person too.
The other 4 friends are really fake, evil, deceitful, and brutal.
The filmmakers tried to add some funny scenes, and fight scenes to make the movie more interesting.
But taking the context of the friendship of 6 friends to convey the movie’s content is a mistake.
If deceit, brutality, filth, rape, murder happen by bad guys, by criminals, then it’s understandable.
But it’s all fake, rape, murder, murder plot happened between close friends, it’s unacceptable.
How can you call it friendship, when you deliberately raped your friend’s wife, raped your friend’s wife right in front of the altar with a photos of your friend who just passed away, and even scammed a lottery ticket, and tried to kill another friend when he is driving?
But he not being prosecuted for rape at all? was not prosecuted for unsuccessful murder, and in the end that person also received a fair share of 22 billion dong?
How can the person who forces friend to drink so much that friend died in a traffic accident , but without being prosecuted for unintentional murder?
And then, that person also tried to kill 2 other friends with a shovel, but the plot failed, but he was not handled at all, the murder was unsuccessful, and then he was given a fair share of 22 billion dong?
What about the person who raped his friend’s wife, then was killed by the first rapist, but still got fair share 22 billion dong?
But that movie is praised as funny, attractive, action, social? v
and the movie theme is a celebration of FRIENDSHIP!
