President Ho Chi Minh once mentioned the possibility of establishing the Vietnam Nationalist Party

Introduction

In 1946, President Ho Chi Minh answered foreign journalists’ questions, in which President Ho Chi Minh boldly mentioned that President Ho Chi Minh had to stand outside all political parties, like current Russian President Putin, because he had to put the interests of the Vietnamese people above all political parties, and the possibility of establishing the Vietnam Nationalist Party. Why doesn’t our party implement Ho Chi Minh’s ideology and not appoint ministers and Local presidents who are non-party members?

On September 2, 1945, President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. Why did President Ho Chi Minh only choose the position of President, not the position of General Secretary of Party?

Comrade General Secretary Truong Chinh once talked about this, saying that once, comrade Truong Chinh asked Uncle Ho why he did not become General Secretary of party? Uncle Ho answered subtly that he was a member of the world communist party, and did not know when the world communist party would call him to work in another country.
