Professor Nguyen Minh Thuyet, former Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly’s Culture Committee, said: “The 2013 Constitution amendment to the 1992 constitution is full of literary textes, but unconstitutional sentences.”

In 2013, the Vietnamese State drafted amendments to the 1992 Constitution. But these amendments were mostly literary, less constitutional. The famous British captain named James Cook first discovered New Island-New Caledonia on September 4, 1774. It was Captain Cook who named this beautiful, prosperous island New Caledonia, to commemorate his hometown in Scotland, because the name Caledonia is the old, Latin name of Scotland.

Norwegian Professor Stein Tonnesson, and the 1946 Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam

Professor Tonneson Stein, Director of the Norwegian Institute of Peace Research, is very sympathetic to Vietnam. He has many research projects on Vietnam. He wrote a book about the August Revolution by French language-he is very fluent in French language, and English- and he researched many other contemporary issues of Vietnam.
