However, with his himself father’s sensitivity, he soon recognized Nhung that has many quite special, even contradictory, personality traits. It is both assertive and strong, but also very sensitive and delicate, full of femininity.

One of Nhung’s first tasks when working at the Bodyguard Police Department was to protect access to the wife of the President of Bangladesh during the President’s state visit to Vietnam.

The President’s wife is elderly and has difficulty walking, but according to Islamic customs and regulations, security officers are not allowed to go too close or touch her.

However, from Nhung’s observant and polite gestures, the wife of the President of Bangladesh trusted and proactively held Nhung’s hand throughout the journey in Vietnam.

Saying goodbye to Nhung, she said: “Thank you very much. Throughout my journey here, you have supported and helped me a lot.”

Although the visit time was short and the schedule was packed, with Nhung’s neat and serious attitude and working style, Mrs. Banh Le Vien was very open with Nhung.

During one trip, while sitting in the same car with Nhung, Madam Banh turned to ask the female Vietnamese police officer in English, “How to say thank you in Vietnamese?”.

Major Nhung happily recalled: – “Not only did I happily answer, I also guided Madam Banh in a few Vietnamese sentences such as: hello, goodbye… On the day of seeing off the Chinese delegation at the airport, I and my companion I was quite surprised when Madam Banh Le Vien held my hand and said in very good Vietnamese, “Thank you very much, Nhung.”

For the country and people of Japan, the King and Queen are symbols of the most respect and nobility.

This is also the oldest politician that Nhung has performed the task of protecting up to the present time.

“The Queen of Japan is elderly, her demeanor is very gentle and delicate.

Therefore, during the protection process, Nhung must pay special attention to carefully calculating the travel distance to match the culture and style of the Japanese Royal Palace, while still ensuring the correct security work procedures and ensuring safety for the Queen. After each activity, when returning to the hotel, she called Nhung’s name in Japanese, waited for me at the door, proactively held Nhung’s hand and said “Thank you so much”.

The Japanese Queen also said: “Japan will bring blessings to you, you will soon have a family and have a baby” – Major Nhung recalled.

And it was really interesting, not long after that business trip, the Queen’s blessing for bodyguard police officer approaching Dang Hong Nhung has come true.

Nhung got married with a fellow police officer and gave birth to a handsome baby boy.

“Until now, the Queen’s warm voice and affectionate eyes are always imprinted in my mind” – Nhung confided.
