New York City Circuit Judge Arthur Engoron announced on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, that Mr. Trump and his sons committed years of fraud in declaring the value of their assets of Mr. Trump’s Manhattan skyscraper – Manhattan’s Trump Tower.
And on Monday, October 2, 2023, the New York Court opened a trial for this “asset declaration fraud” committed by Mr. Trump and his children.
The above-mentioned Judge Engoro did not sit on trial, but Attorney General James sat on trial, and accused Mr. Trump of fraudulent declaring the value of his Manhattan building, which he earned more than 100 million USD in profit. And Mr. James wants to fine Mr. Trump $250 million, and wants to ban Mr. Trump’s family from doing business in New York for 5 years.
Mr. Trump, as a defendant, sat in on this trial, and accused the judges and the Attorney General of only trying to “witch hunt, pick up feathers, find flaws, and find bugs“, to stop Mr. Trump in the upcoming US Presidential election.
Mr. Trump said that those judges should be banned from holding office and should be kicked out of their offices.
Mr. Trump’s lawyer said that his businesses and his income in New York were all legal, and that no one was harmed in Mr. Trump’s hotel businesses.
American voters also seem to be starting to be indifferent to these accusations against President Trump.
Like Vietnamese people often say: “It’s boring to listen to the same story”. Americans are the same, they keep hearing stories about Mr. Trump’s accusations, so they feel bored.
Even Mr. Trump’s opponents of the US Presidential candidate in his Republican Party are bored and do not want to mention Mr. Trump’s allegations anymore.
On Wednesday, September 27, 2023, there was a public debate of Republican presidential candidates in Simi Valley, California, but Mr. Trump did not bother to attend. Mr. Trump went to Michigan to visit and support auto workers here demanding a raise in wages.
Mr. Trump’s opponents such as Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, former New Jersey Governor Chris Christis, former US Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley, former US Vice President Pence when Mr. Trump was President, they took turns criticizing Mr. Trump for Mr. Trump’s policies, but no one mentioned anything about the cases accusing Mr. Trump at all.
Mr. Trump has been accused of undermining the US Constitution, inciting Mr. Biden’s sabotage of the 2020 US election results, then accused of rape, then tax fraud, and now asset declaration,,,.
Now it is clear to everyone why these accusations were not made many years ago, but were only made until the US Presidential election was about to take place?
That is, American voters understand too well that the motive for making new accusations about Mr. Trump is not right or transparent at all.
As for the breach of the US Capitol Building in November 2020, obstructing Mr. Biden’s US Presidential election results, it did not have much effect in lowering Mr. Trump’s reputation.
Because now, at the end of 2023, people have calmed down after the COVID19 pandemic, and people see that Mr. Biden was not right at all, when Mr. Biden praised the mask, that “this little mask will save millions of Americans from this pandemic” – Mr. Biden held up his black, stinky mask for TV to film, during the debate with President Trump at the end of 2020, when The COVID19 pandemic began to rage around the world, and people were extremely panicked.
At that time, Mr. Trump did not wear a mask, did not get vaccinated, did not practice social distancing, and did not stay home, just like me.
Mr. Biden took advantage of this panic to criticize Mr. Trump, and earned many votes.
Now, after more than 3 years of corona, people see that Mr. Trump was right, don’t panic, just play golf, exercise, be healthy, then you will be able to effectively prevent corona, not just a slogan of masking, and vaccine.
But at that time, 3 years ago, at the end of 2020, Americans and people around the world were so panicked, and in Vietnam, we still remember that the streets of Vietnam were blocked, internally and externally, anyone going out were accused of illegal immigration, factory workers were locked in factories, not allowed to go home for several months, parents were not allowed to visit their children, grandparents were not allowed to see their grandchildren, great-grandchildren,,,,.
So Mr. Biden benefits from that panic.
But now after calming down, people see that Mr. Biden’s black, stinky mask cannot save anyone, and Mr. Biden’s vaccine cannot save anyone.
When Mr. Trump was President, just over 300,000 Americans died from COVID19. But with more than 3 years of Mr. Biden’s administration, 2020-2023, nearly 1 million more Americans have died from the COVID19 pandemic.
That means Mr. Biden’s mask, Mr. Biden’s vaccine, social distancing, hand washing, and Stay Home, etc, are the stupid measures proposed by the World Health Organization (WHO), which have not saved anyone.
And now, with the upcoming US Presidential election in 2024, Mr. Biden will no longer be able to rely on his stinky black mask.
In recent public opinion polls on US presidential candidates, Mr. Trump is always ahead of Mr. Biden, and far ahead of Vice President Harris, the two Democratic candidates, and Mr. Trump also leads far ahead of his other Republican candidates.
US Presidential elections are always a mystery – US President Bill Clinton once said so.
Why this person was elected, but that person was not elected, is a mystery that President Bill Clinton said he did not understand.
During Mr. Bill Clinton’s election campaign against Mr. Bush in 1992, at that time Mr. Bill Clinton was just the youngest state Governor in the United States, while Mr. Bush was the first-term President, and he had just led the country America defeated the Iraqi army, saving Kuwait, in the 100-hour war in 1992.

Many opinions believe that the reason Mr. Bush senior lost to Mr. Clinton in 1991 was mainly due to this simple gesture of indifference.

And now, the 47th US Presidential election in 2024, the results are still unknown, because there has not been an election yet, but polls show that Mr. Trump has a very high lead over his opponents, including in the opposition Democratic Party and his Republican Party, even though he was accused of many crimes, and everyone knew that the accusations may were not false, perhaps true, but not many people paid attention.
American voters pay attention to other things, not those accusations.
In 2000, American voters paid attention to the COVID19 pandemic. Thanks to that, Mr. Biden’s stinky mask helped him get elected.
And now, it’s the Ukraine war.
It sounds strange, because the Americans are not directly involved in this war, they only provide weapons and ammunition to Ukraine.
However, after nearly 2 years of war, the Americans have provided more than 110 billion USD in aid to Ukraine.
The EU has also given Ukraine more than 50 billion USD in aid, a total of more than 160 billion USD, but the results of this war are still nowhere to be seen, and Ukrainians continue to ask for more aid.
Meanwhile, American auto industry workers in the state of Michigan in September 2023 are striking and demanding increased wages.
And the US Congress at the end of September 2023, decided to reduce aid to Ukraine. Mr. Biden’s government requested a new aid package for Ukraine of 24 billion USD, but the US Congress only approved 6 billion USD.
And now, the outcome of the Ukraine war will have a huge impact on the results of the 2024 US Presidential election.
If before the 2024 election, the Ukrainian army wins, and the Russian army has to flee Ukraine, then it is likely that Mr. Biden will be reelected President of the United States for another term, in 2024-2028, even if he will over 80 years old, and he will continue to speak more confusedly.
But that possibility is very difficult, because there is not much time left until the US Presidential election, only about 15 months left.
15 months left from now on can not help Ukraine push out Russian army.
But Ukrainian President Zelenskyy has said many times that only American F16 aircraft can lead Ukraine to victory.
But now, F16 aircraft have just begun to be transported to Ukraine, and it takes at least 9 months to train pilots.
Mr. Zelenskyy said that in the immediate future, Ukraine needs about 50 F16 aircrafts, and then, to protect the entire Ukrainian sky, they need about 160 F16 aircrafts.
An F16 aircraft is worth about 20 million USD, so Ukraine needs about 4 billion USD to buy or obtain these aircrafts, and it takes about 1 year to train pilots.
The $6 billion that the US Congress just approved for Ukraine will be used for all kinds of different needs, not just F16 aircrafts.
And the more than 160 billion USD that the US and EU have provided aid to Ukraine in the past two years has all gone up in smoke and up to sky, because Ukrainian soldiers used weapons and ammunition very wastefully, with little effectiveness of using them.
Look up details effectiveness, mainly they shoots clouds and wind.
No any defense industry in the world can provide enough weapons and ammunition for this cloud-shooting, wind-shooting Ukrainian army.
And for Ukrainian pilots to have enough experience flying F16 aircraft and fighting well, it will take at least another year.
Thus, it takes about 2 years for Ukrainian pilots to have enough initial experience to fly F16 aircraft, and to fight proficiently.
An experienced pilot must have at least 1,000 hours of flight time.
But time and money are not in favor of the Ukrainians.
As for sending soldiers and pilots who have just completed training to the battlefield, it’s just “roasting soldiers”.
And on October 2, 2023, when the New York Court opened a trial for Mr. Trump over the asset declaration case, Mr. Biden’s government also announced that the US could not continue to provide military aid for a long time for Ukraine anymore, that the Ukrainian war cannot last indefinitely, that timing does not allow Americans to continue supporting Ukraine.
And if the US announces a reduction and end of military aid to Ukraine, then the EU cannot do anything else, perhaps it must also reduce aid to Ukraine, or if the EU continues to provide aid to Ukraine, then that aid it cannot be enough for Ukraine to fight Russia.
As for Mr. Trump, if he is elected President of the United States again in 2024, he will probably stop supporting Ukraine, and will invite Russian President Putin to play golf, and will ask Mr. Putin to stop fighting Ukraine.
The war in Ukraine will maybe end quickly after a few rounds of golf, or a few phone calls from Mr. Trump to Mr. Putin, and the conditions to end the war will be as follows:
Maintaining Status quo,
temporarily, Russian troops will hold areas occupied by Russia, establishing a Demilitarized Zone on the edge of that area.
After that, in the future, Russia and Ukraine will negotiate by peaceful means to resolve the following territorial disputes.
It is likely that it will the assumption of the Russia-Ukraine war, after Mr. Trump is elected US President for the second term 2024-2028.///
