The Indochinese Communist Party was founded on February 3, 1930, in Hong Kong, China. At the 2nd Party Congress in 1952, the party changed its name to the Vietnam Workers’ Party. At that time, President Ho Chi Minh was still alive.
And the name of Vietnam country when President Ho Chi Minh was alive was the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, named from the day of the declaration of independence on September 2, 1945.
Under the leadership of the Vietnam Workers’ Party, of President Ho Chi Minh, of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, our Vietnamese people won the battle of Dien Bien Phu in 1954, gained complete independence for Vietnam, and then won the war against American intervention, unifying the country in 1975.
However, after President Ho Chi Minh passed away in 1969, the descendants of the party immediately violated Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, threw Ho Chi Minh’s ideology into the trash, considered themselves greater than President Ho Chi Minh, arbitrarily changed the party’s name to the Communist Party of Vietnam, and changed the country’s name to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
In President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament-will, there was no mention of changing the party’s name and the country’s name after the war ended.
However, Mr. Le Duan, the Party General Secretary, wanting to be greater than President Ho Chi Minh, arbitrarily changed the party’s name and the country’s name.
That was the first violation of President Ho Chi Minh’s will.
Second, President Ho Chi Minh said that “non-partisan talents” must be used to ensure that the Government had talented and virtuous people participating in managing the country.
Therefore, when President Ho Chi Minh was still alive, he invited many intellectuals and non-party members to appoint them to leadership positions in the country.
For example, the Chairman of Hanoi City, Dr. Tran Duy Hung, who was not a party member, was the Chairman of Hanoi from 1955 to 1977, for 22 consecutive years.
Professor Nguyen Van Huyen, who graduated from university and had a doctorate in France, was the Minister of Education from 1946 to 1975. Until his death, he was a Minister for 30 consecutive years, but was not a party member.
Lawyer Phan Anh, who was not a party member, was the Minister of National Defense, then the Minister of Industry and Trade, then the Minister of Foreign Trade, from 1951 to 1976, for 25 consecutive years.
Mr. Phan Ke Toai, former Imperial Envoy to the North of the former Emperor Bao Dai’s Government, was invited by President Ho Chi Minh to join the Government, serving as Deputy Prime Minister for more than 20 consecutive years.
Then Mr. Huynh Thuc Khang, who was not a party member, served as Vice President, Mr. Bui Bang Doan, who was not a party member, served as Chairman of the National Assembly, etc.
But now, after President Ho Chi Minh passed away, the Vietnamese Communist Party has not appointed any talented non-party people to the positions of Minister, Provincial Governor, or Mayor.
But our party is very good, they established a Party School named after Nguyen Ai Quoc, then established an Academy named after Ho Chi Minh, thinking that they would teach and follow Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, but they did not follow Ho Chi Minh’s ideology at all.
The level of lying and brazenness of our party is truly admirable, they are shameless.
So what? President Ho Chi Minh taught that “Cadres are servants of the people”.
But in reality, many high-ranking party officials are servants of tycoons.
For example, President Vo Van Thuong is a servant of the dirty real estate group Phuc Son in Vinh Phuc and Quang Ngai provinces, so he was removed from the position of President.
For example, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Prime Minister, President, is a servant of several dirty companies in the health sector.
For example, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue is also a servant of several real estate companies.
And now, a series of Thanh Hoa province leaders have just been arrested, working as servants for real estate thugs like Bau Doan.
Then the Lieutenant General of the Police, the Director General of the General Department of Police, worked as servants for online gambling thugs.
The Director of Hai Phong Police worked as servants for thugs who sold fake invoices.
The Director of Hanoi Police, the Chairman of Hanoi, worked as servants for dirty companies that produce sewage cleaning chemicals.,,,

Vietnam communist party violated Ho Chi Minh’s ideology like that, they swept Ho Chi Minh’s ideology into the trash like that, but they still placed statues of President Ho Chi Minh in their offices, they still visited the mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh every year, they still named the Ho Chi Minh Academy, they still used the name Nguyen Ai Quoc Party School.
They are truly shameless liars.
Now, General Secretary To Lam is determined to fight corruption, there is no holding area, yes, very good.
But the problem is how to prevent corruption, how to prevent corruption from happening, not just chasing and arresting.
If we keep arresting, where will we find people to work?
Those who have not been arrested are just “dear comrades who have not been discovered”.
We must build a mechanism to promote talented people, people who are not corrupt, and pay them a decent salary.
For example, let’s appoint Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Chairman of FPT company, as Prime Minister. Mr. Binh has assets worth several billion USD, so he is sure certainly not corrupt, he will certainly be a true “servant of the people” as President Ho Chi Minh taught our party. And that Mr. Binh has truly led FPT company from nothing to become a world-class IT company.
Please appoint Ms. Phuong Thao, a dollar billionaire, Chairman of Vietjet Air, as Minister of Transport.
Please appoint the Chairman of Hoa Phat Steel Company as Minister of Industry, he also has assets of more than 2 billion USD, he is very talented, and will not be corrupt.
Appoint the Director of Viettel Military Company as Minister of National Defense, because protecting the Fatherland today requires technology, missiles, drones, radar, etc. As for warships and tanks, they are just mobile coffins.
But Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Chairman of FPT, is not a party member, so what to do?
Too easy. Pull him into the party, push him in the Central Party Committee, then stuff him into the Politburo, it will only take a few days.
General Secretary To Lam merged the ministries, merged the provinces, abolished and merged the communes, abolished the District-County level, so many messy things, and it was only take a few months to be done.
But the problem is whether Mr. Truong Gia Binh will accept to be Prime Minister? He will most likely say something like this:
“If the party comrades want me to be Prime Minister, I will accept. But if you “pull, push, and stuff” me into the above-mentioned rubbish, I don’t need it.
President Ho Chi Minh was only President of Vietnam, he didn’t need to be General Secretary of party.
Therefore, I also learn from President Ho Chi Minh, I don’t need a party branch, I don’t need an idiot party central committee, I don’t need an ignorant political bureau, I just need to be Prime Minister of Vietnam, give me full authority, I will make Vietnam a rich people, a strong country, a fair and civilized society, on par with the world powers, as President Ho Chi Minh wished.”
Our country Vietnam does not lack talented people, the problem is whether the party really wants to implement Ho Chi Minh’s Thought on a government that unites all people, gathering talents without party affiliation.
Only when the party dares to know shame, dares to know that it is brazenly lying, dares to know that it is violating Ho Chi Minh’s Thought, dares to know that it is throwing Ho Chi Minh’s Thought into the trash, only then will the party truly be the party of President Ho Chi Minh, the party founded, trained, and led by President Ho Chi Minh.///
