Many leaders of Thanh Hoa province were recently arrested in mid-September 2025, and more than 1,000 criminals of shady real estate business, mafia, protection, debt collection, stabbing, slashing,,,.
How could Thanh Hoa province, located near Hanoi, the hometown of the current Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, have such terrible and major criminal cases, and certainly not just recently, but for decades now, that pus-filled disease has been smoldering for decades, and only now, after having a new Provincial Party Secretary, and after having a new Provincial Police Director, that pus-filled disease has burst, and is continuing to burst, and will continue to burst, and will continue to spread even larger and wider.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh is from Hau Loc, Thanh Hoa province, born in 1957, and has been supported, hoped for, and carefully prepared by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong so that he will become one of the future leaders of Vietnam Party and State.
Comrade Chinh used to be the powerful police officer-Deputy Minister of Public Security, then was demoted down to Quang Ninh to become the Provincial Party Secretary, from 2011 to 2015, when he was 54 years old, not young, but not old either.
Comrade Phu Trong once said, “Those who want to become General Secretary or Prime Minister must first become local Party Secretary, to gain experience in local management, not just central department management experience”.
That is the reason why Comrade Minh Chinh, from being the leader of the Public Security sector and Deputy Minister of police, was transferred down to the locality, to become Secretary of Quang Ninh.
Then, in 2016, Comrade Chinh returned back, up to the Central to become the powerful Head of the Central Organization Committee, a position that arranges, trains, fosters, and prepares future leaders for the Party and the country.
Since 2021, comrade Minh Chinh has been assigned by the Party to be the Prime Minister, and the National Assembly – the highest authority of Vietnam, but in fact, also the agency under the management and leadership of the Party – has given its seal of approval.
Thus, comrade Minh Chinh has been the Head of the Central Organization Committee since 2016, then the Prime Minister since 2021, until now in 2025, during this 10-year period, the leaders of Thanh Hoa province have also been prepared, trained, and appointed, all of which must have been arranged by comrade Minh Chinh.
And that evil, dirty leadership has pampered, fostered, sheltered, supported, and protected more than 1,000 criminals who have been rampant, developing, oppressing, and robbing the people of Thanh Hoa for decades now, in order to implement the “Thanh Hoa-style socialist market economy”, and the Thanh Hoa Provincial Newspaper and Radio, the two dirty loudspeakers of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and People’s Committee, have dared to brazenly praise the people of Thanh Hoa for having “People doing, people inspecting, people enjoying”!!!.
Have the people of Thanh Hoa “benefited” from the villa worth more than 1,000 billion VND of the mafia Bau Doan? and from the bonsai tree worth up to 25 million USD of this extravagant and money-wasting like trash Bau Doan?
Have the people of Thanh Hoa “benefited” from the huge assets of the criminal debt collector, hired killer Tuan Than Den?
Has Prime Minister Minh Chinh visited the villa of this Bau Doan? Has he seen the bonsai trees worth thousands of billions of dong of this Bau Doan? And has Minh Chinh thought about the soldiers who drove the tank that crashed into the Independence Palace on April 30, 1975, how poor and miserable are the lives of those tank drivers now? And then the result of the heroic, bloody wars for the country’s independence, is only to enrich the real estate mafia like Bau Doan, like Vin, like Sun, and to enrich the dirty leaders that Minh Chinh trained, educated, and appointed?
But the problem is that the boils in Thanh Hoa happened under the leadership of “of the people, by the people, for the people” of the leadership team prepared and trained by Prime Minister Minh Chinh, and even the young Provincial Party Secretary Do Trong Hung, born in 1971, was appointed as Secretary of Thanh Hoa province during the period when Minh Chinh was a head of Central Organization Committee, and then Hung was transferred up to become Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee, all prepared and arranged by Minh Chinh.
And now, that Trong Hung has been suspended from work, banned from leaving the country, because of his involvement in the dirty Bau Doan and Tuan Than Den cases.
And the special thing about the current scandals in Thanh Hoa is that the entire Thanh Hoa leadership team prepared, trained, and appointed by Chinh are all involved in the real estate mafia, not just one or two people like in other places, the former Provincial Party Secretary, the Provincial Chairman, then the Provincial Vice Chairman, etc.
The money-making tricks in Thanh Hoa of real estate tycoons like Bau Doan and Tuan Than Den are very similar to the tricks of Vin and Sun to get rich, which are buying cheap state land, or forcing people to sell to tycoons cheap land, with the protection of the Mafia government, no one dares to resist but have to sell land to them, and thus, build apartments, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, sell, rent, become dollar billionaires overnight.
All real estate projects in Vietnam today are roughly like that, or almost like that, creating a new class of exploitative bourgeoisie, unimaginably rich, without having to work hard to do business, without needing any business talent, without needing any business capital, without needing high technology, without needing research, without needing to learn, without needing to graduate from Harvard University, without needing to graduate from Oxford University,,, just needing to get a land purchase license, a land grant license, then to naturally become billionaires overnight, and those in power become the slaves of tycoons, hired low-class people for those mafia tycoons.
Is Mr. Chinh responsible for the organization of cadres of Thanh Hoa?
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh is too high up, he doesn’t know anything about the events happening in his hometown Thanh Hoa, right?
Will the dirty money of Mr. Doan and Mr. Tuan Than Den reach Mr. Chinh’s hands?
