Russia has a great comedian named Dmitry Medvedev, who was originally asked by Russian President Putin to be the puppet President of Russia for the 4-year term of 2008-2012, and then, was appointed by Putin as the puppet Prime Minister of Russia for the term of 2012-2020, and then, Putin completely dismissed that humorous Medvedev, to appoint him to the “nominal-non-actual” position of Deputy Chairman of the Russian National Security Council from 2020 to present.
This position of Deputy Chairman of the Russian National Security Council has no specific duties, only occasionally serving as a loudspeaker for Putin.
Mr. Medvedev was born in 1965, studied Law at several universities in Russia, and studied English diligently, so he can speak English quite fluently. Then, around 1990, he worked as an assistant to Mr. Sobchak, who was the Mayor of Leningrad – now renamed Saint Petersburg, about 700 km from Moscow. Luckily for Mr. Medvedev at that time, Mr. Putin was also an assistant to Mayor Sobchak at that time, so Medvedev and Putin became close friends.
Therefore, when Mr. Putin became President of Russia in 2020, Mr. Medvedev was also noticed by Mr. Putin, was invited to join Mr. Putin’s Russian State Machine, appointed by Mr. Putin as Deputy Prime Minister, and a few other light and fun titles.
When Mr. Putin first became President in the year 2000, Mr. Putin was still very naive, innocent, and truly wanted to build a democratic, free, and progressive Russia, so Mr. Putin made the Russian Constitution quite free and democratic, with the regulation that the Russian President could only serve no more than 2 terms. Therefore, after Putin served as President for two four-year terms, from 2000 to 2008, Putin felt the need to respect the Russian Constitution, so he did not run for the third term as President of Russia. But the Russian Constitution has a loophole, which is that the Constitution only prohibits the President from serving three consecutive terms, but does not prohibit the President from serving three terms. Here, the play on words of pure language becomes very important, and it was Medvedev who advised Putin to write the Russian Constitution with such a play on words, because Medvedev studied Russian linguistic before studying law. With such a gentle, but very vicious wordplay in the Russian Constitution, Mr. Medvedev opened the way for Mr. Putin to return to the position of President of Russia for a third term, but “without violating the 3 consecutive terms”, by not participating in the 3rd term, dropping off a 1 term, then returning for a 3rd term, and will serve 2 more consecutive terms.
But at this point, Mr. Putin found it too complicated, that democratic Constitution “limiting 2 terms” was too complicated, so in the 4th term in 2020, Mr. Putin amended the Russian Constitution, increasing the term of the Russian President to 6 years, and furthermore, removing the 2-term limit.
And from now on, Mr. Putin will be assured to be the President of the great Russia for the rest of his life, until he goes to the other world to meet President Yeltsin (1931-2007), who chose Mr. Putin as his successor in 2000, and since then, Russia has had the greatest President in Russian history, Mr. Putin, and thanks to that, Russia has had the dirtiest war in Russian history, the Ukraine war, from 2022 to the present.
Since the former puppet President Medvedev of Russia was completely removed from office by Mr. Putin, only holding the “nominal” puppet position, the position of Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council since 2020, Mr. Medvedev has started to have a sense of humor, often saying startlingly funny things, surprising the world, because Russians are dry, serious, rarely have a sense of humor like the British, Americans, French, and Vietnamese.
For example, in 2022, when Japanese Prime Minister Kishida ordered a ban on the export of used cars to Russia, and Russians love Japanese cars endlessly, especially used cars, because they are good, cheap, durable, hard to break, and easy to repair, Medvedev gave a humorous and creepy warning to the Japanese Prime Minister, “old Japanese Prime Minister Kishida should cut himself his belly open, self-disembowelment- like a samurai-seppuku-切腹.”
The Japanese were very surprised, saying that Medvedev was the President and Prime Minister of Russia, and was educated, so why did he speak so unculturedly, uneducated like a mu-jic, gu-lac, mafia?
But the Russian Mafia actually has many cultured people, not as uncultured as the puppet former President Medvedev.
Then, in 2023, the comedian Medvedev humorously said that his Russia would send troops to the German capital Berlin. Perhaps Medvedev has a short circuit, confusing 2023 with 1945, the year his Russian army entered Berlin when Hitler fell.
But now it is 2023, not 1945, will Medvedev be able to bring his Russian army into Berlin again?
The whole world laughed happily at that great joke of the former puppet President Medvedev.
And then, there were several times, the great
Comedian Medvedev issued a humorous warning that his Russia would use nuclear weapons to
wipe out the United States, wipe out the EU countries, wipe out NATO, wipe out poor little Ukraine.
Then, more than 2 weeks ago, in early December 2024, Medvedev revised his joke, declaring that “Russia has not seen any crazy people, mad person talking about using nuclear weapons, so the world can rest assured”.
However, yesterday, December 14, 2024, comedian Medvedev immediately forgot the above statement, to make a new humorous threat, that “Russia will wipe Ukraine off the map of the world”, implying that his Russia would use nuclear weapons to wipe out the traces of 45 million Ukrainians from human history.
That is truly the great comedian Medvedev.
Vietnamese people have a saying “If you play with a knife, you will someday cut your own hand”.
Because the world also has nuclear weapons, not just the great Russia of comedian Medvedev.
Therefore, comedian Medvedev likes to play with nuclear knives, then one day Medvedev will also may get a nuclear cut on his hand.///
