In 2003, the Government issued Decision No. 64/2003/QD-TTG on relocating factories, schools, and hospitals that cause pollution, toxicity, and traffic jams, move them out of the center of Hanoi and big cities.

Then, in 2015, the Government again issued Decision No. 130/QD-TTg urging the implementation of this Decision 64, talking about the roadmap for relocation.

The 16th President of the United States, Abraham Lincoln, was the greatest of all American presidents, the president who led the North to victory in the North-South Civil War in 1861-1865.

On February 24, 2022, Putin sent Russian troops to invade Ukraine, the Ukrainians bravely resisted, and lost many battles, lost many lands to Russia. In April 2023, Ukraine lost Bakhmut to Russia.
